1. Who we are

Rednet is operated by Henri Sirkkavaara, Helsinki, Finland ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@rednet.ltd. These terms apply between us and you, the person or organisation using Rednet ("you").

2. How you buy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase, and these terms apply to your use of Rednet.

3. The service

Rednet is a remote MCP server. It gives your AI assistant tools to search open public tenders, past contract awards, grant opportunities and company registers, to see who wins which markets, and to search the web and read public pages. Each subscription comes with API keys. You connect with a key directly, or through the sign-in flow your assistant opens when you add Rednet as a connector.

4. Your account and keys

• Keep your keys secret. Anything done with a key counts as done by its account.
• Solo is for one person. Team is for up to five people, each with their own key.
• Tell us straight away if a key leaks. We will revoke it and issue a new one.
• To keep the service fast for everyone, each plan has a daily allowance of tool calls. Your assistant can show your current allowance and use with the account_status tool.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your keys outside your account, or resell access to Rednet;
• use Rednet to copy or mirror our datasets in bulk, or to build a competing dataset;
• use the web tools to attack, overload or probe any site or network, or to read pages you are not allowed to read;
• try to get around rate limits, allowances or access controls;
• use Rednet for anything unlawful.

We may suspend a key or an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Data and licences

The underlying data comes from public sources under their own licences, listed on our home page. Where a licence requires attribution, results carry the source. Our scoring, grouping, rankings and reports are our work. You may use what Rednet returns in your own business, including in bids and reports you write for your clients, but not to rebuild or resell Rednet itself.

7. Accuracy

Rednet reports what the public sources published, then matches, scores and groups it automatically. Sources contain mistakes and automated matching can be wrong. Every tender and award result links to the original notice: check it before you rely on a result, for example before you decide to bid. Nothing Rednet returns is legal, financial or procurement advice.

8. Availability

We work to keep Rednet available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless we have agreed a service level with you in writing, for example in a pilot agreement. We may change or improve tools.

9. Prices, billing and cancellation

Prices are shown on our home page and exclude VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Paddle and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you. Payments are final: see our refund policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost contracts or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it applies.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes go to the Helsinki District Court, unless you are a consumer, in which case you may also use the courts and consumer dispute bodies of the country where you live.
